- Coaching goals, session notes, and follow-up actions
- Recordings or transcriptions of sessions (with consent)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Provide coaching services tailored to your goals
- Track progress over time
- Generate summaries and action plans using secure AI-based tools (e.g., Fathom AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot, etc.)
3. Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before recording sessions or using AI-based tools. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using encrypted cloud services (OneDrive/Google Drive). We take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention
Client data is retained for up to 12 months after the coaching relationship ends, unless otherwise requested.
6. Your Rights
All requests must be made in writing via email to the address listed below and will be processed in a reasonable time. You have the right to:
- Access or correct your data
- Withdraw consent
- Request deletion of your data
